Gremlin Cabin - Alcove A2, Saturday Evening
Cara was not wearing a dress today. She was wearing her leathers. Her nice, comfortable, red leathers which were the only item of clothing a Mord'Sith needed or wanted to own. It didn't matter whether they were pretty or not because they were Her Leathers.
She was also steadfastly refusing to admit that yesterday had actually occurred, as that would mean acknowledging that she had worn things, said things, done things, and agreed to things, all of which had quite clearly not happened.
Since yesterday had not happened, and she hadn't said yes to any questions regarding how she was spending her time today, she also was not getting ready for any dances. Instead she was trying to smother herself with a pillow.
[For one.]

So he opened the door to the proper cabin, actually expecting a certain hot girl to be all dressed up and waiting for him. When no one was there, he used his x-ray vision to find the girl he was looking for and wandered that way, a little confused. "Cara, why aren't you ready?"
Clark looked all kinds of ready.

Her reply was muffled due to the pillow but it didn't sound all that much like she was happy to see him.

Then she lifted the pillow again. "What are you wearing?"
As formal wear went, it actually looked a lot better than red velvet, but she wasn't going to tell him that.

The dress would be disposed of in cleansing flames once Cara was willing to acknowledge its existence and thus the need for its destruction once more.

She really, really didn't, Clark.

"I wouldn't say it was completely pointless," Cara said reaching out to fiddle with his tie. If he was going to so thoughtfully provide a leash, she wasn't not going to take advantage of that.

Clark grinned at that gesture. "I always heard girls like ties, but I never really believed it till now."

"I don't see why they wouldn't." Cara was a very big fan of ties, and straps, and really any item of clothing that could be used to haul someone in closer.
She was kinda toppy like that.no subject
"Oh? How's that? I always found suits and ties binding."

As it was, his tie was getting tugged on with a bit more vigour. "Well if that's what you wanted, all you had to do was ask."

"Why wait for later?" She might have said something about life being short, but the automatic dismissive hand gesture that would have accompanied that would probably have ruined the mood.
